We’re excited to share that JAMS has been recognized as a Niche Player in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Service Orchestration and Automation Platforms.
To us, this recognition affirms something we’ve believed for a long time: good orchestration doesn’t have to be complicated to deliver results. We think IT teams do their best work when their automation is centralized, easy to configure, and built around the environments they already run, not the other way around.
Support is a good example of what we mean. We believe teams shouldn’t have to open a professional services engagement just to get architectural advice or scripting help, so that guidance is built into our standard support agreements from day one. In our view, that’s what a genuine partnership with an IT team looks like.
Budgeting predictability matters just as much to us. Our flat-rate, agent-based licensing model is designed so organizations can expand their automation footprint across hybrid and cloud environments without bracing for surprise overage costs. We think TCO should be something a team can plan around, not something that surprises them at renewal.
For the many organizations standardized on Microsoft platforms, we believe deep, native support beats a long feature list every time. JAMS Scheduler gives teams direct access to advanced PowerShell scripting, .NET APIs, and configuration hooks into SQL Server and Azure Data Factory, so automation works with the stack IT teams already trust.
2026 has also been a year of real momentum for us. We launched a modernized JAMS Web Client and REST API, expanded native data orchestration integrations with Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, EC2, and Azure Blob Storage, and introduced JAX, our AI agent, along with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, both built to help IT teams interact with their automation environment in new ways. We’re proud of that progress, and we see this recognition as encouragement to keep building on it.
