How JAMS Scheduler Connects to OpenVMS
The agent provides background processes that run jobs for a JAMS Scheduler on Windows or OpenVMS. It installs with VMSINSTAL from a self-extracting kit and needs no LMF license PAK.
Before you install, you’ll need SETPRV (or CMKRNL, WORLD, and SYSPRV), at least 1,000 free blocks, 50 free global pages, and 100 free global sections. The installer checks these first and stops if anything is short.
