Server Job Alerts through Email, Voice, SMS and SCOM
Any JAMS installation can send email notifications to users and administrators as events
occur. However, if your organization needs a more powerful solution, JAMS can be
extended with additional alerting and monitoring utilities. Through our Paladin
snap-in, JAMS has the ability to deliver rich notifications through SMS/text/voice.
And, through our JAMS Management Pack, complete integration with Microsoft SCOM is available.
Paladin: Voice and Text Alerting
JAMS Job Scheduler provides users
with notifications through voice calling and SMS text messages, alerting them to
critical issues as soon as they occur. These alerts include relevant log information
as well as prompts for resolving the issue. From a JAMS notification, users can
respond to alerts in real-time directly from mobile phones.
